Bombay Crush Recipe

A sweet and dreamy milkshake...Nothing quenches the thirst after a long day of fasting than a glass of ice cold ''Bombay Crush''. This is an ‘old-school’ gourmet milkshake!

1lt milk

3 - 4 tblsp rose syrup or according to taste (Brand of your choice)

4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Subja seeds

Grated jelly

4 cups water

2 tsp china grass powder

Few drops red food coloring

2 tblsp rose syrup

Method

Add milk ,rose syrup and ice cream mix well and refrigerate

Soak sabja seeds in water

Grated jelly water,china grass, rose syrup and a few drops red food coloring .Place in a saucepan and bring to a boil

Boil for 30 seconds and remove from heat

Pour into a flat bowl and refrigerate till hard

Grate and keep aside

Assemble In glasses
