Ingredients

Ezi Quik fresh Hake Fillets

Lemon Juice

Crushed Black Pepper & Salt

Fish Spice

Lemon Pepper

3/4 cup flour

1/3 cup corn starch

3/4 teaspoon baking powder

250 ml Cold Soda Water

Yellow food colour

Method

Rub Pepper, Salt, Lemon juice, Fish spice & Lemon pepper on to Hake fillets

Make a batter with the flour, corn starch, baking powder, soda water & food colour.

Fry the fish over medium hot oil until golden & crispy all round.

When done frying, sprinkle salt, vinegar & parsley over the fish.

Serve with fried salt & vinegar potato chips, Tarter Sauce & fresh lemons.
