Honestly speaking I always shied away from making rolls, to afraid it might turn out to be weapons of mass destruction...LoL But while living in the Eastern Cape my dear friend Wasiefah Martin introduced me to this over indulging, soft, light & a new family favourite. You simply have to give this a go!
SERVES HOW MANY
Do not be tempted to add extra flour when dough appears to be to sticky, calmly oil your hands & keeping rolling LoL
Uhm so here's the thang, I like seriously love garlic & very often added freshly chopped garlic into the melted butter with some salt
Fresh herbs like parsley or dhania may be added too
A sprinkling of seeds may be added just before baking
