Ingredients

4 fillets

Salt & pepper

1 green pepper

1 tsp fine coriander powder

1 tsp fine cumin powder

1 tsp crushed garlic

1 tsp fine green chillies

1 onion

1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves

Method

Process all ingredients together and form into seekh kebabs

Bake in preheated oven @ 180 for 7 minutes

Allow to cook

When preparing allow to thaw

Brush with olive oil and cook in a pan

Serve with a salad
