500ml Almond Milk

1 tsp saffron

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

1/2 teaspoon agar agar

60ml erythritol

60ml fresh cream

Method

Mix together in a saucepan

Bring to a slow boil on medium heat

Add 60ml erythritol mix to dissolve

Remove from heat

Add 60ml fresh cream

Beat together and pour into 2 serving bowls

Allow to set and serve chilled with rasberries and any decoration of your choice
