Ingredients

1kg beef mince wash, drain and set aside

2 potatoes cubed

1/2 cup frozen peas

2 tblsp oil

1 onion finely chopped

2 medium tomatoes liquidized

1 tsp @sujees_gourmet_food ginger garlic masala

1 tsp crushed garlic

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1/4 tsp tumeric

1 tsp salt or to taste

1 tsp fine red chilli powder

2 tsp tomato paste

Peas

Method

In a pot add 2 tblsp oil

1 onion finely chopped braise till golden

Then add mince & potatoes

2 med tomatoes liquidized

Add balance of the ingredients

Cook on low heat

When almost done add peas. Cook till done
