Ingredients

500g rump steak or any steak of your choice

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp chilli garlic paste

2 tblsp vinegar

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp crushed red chillies

1/4 tsp tumeric
8
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
9
1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp steak and chops spice

1 tsp salt or to taste

2 tblsp mayonnaise

2 tblsp chilli sauce
14
2 tomatoes liquidized

1 small onion chopped

1 red pepper, green pepper and yellow pepper thinly sliced

1 green pepper thinly sliced

1 red onion thinly sliced

Crushed black pepper

Mozzarella cheese grated

Method

Marinate steak in above ingredients except tomato and onion

Allow to marinate for few hours

Heat a little oil and fry onions till soft and translucent

Add in meat and cook for about 5 mins

Add in tomato and cook till tender

Cool and shred meat using 2 forks

Stir-fry peppers in a little oil for about 10 - 15 mins

Add salt and pepper while frying

Frozen chips bake till crisp

In cast iron pan or ovenproof casserole layer Chips Shredded steak ,peppers and red onion

Top it with mozzarella cheese

Bake at 190 degreees for about 20 minutes

Garnish with chopped dhania
