Ingredients

1kg Cubed chicken fillet

Salt & pepper

Green chillies

Saffron
5
Packet of knorr thick veg n 1/2 pkt white onion (optional)

1 can of creamstyle corn

1 cup of fresh cream

Method

Saute one onion

Add cubed chicken fillet, add some salt pepper and green chilles with a little saffron, allow the chicken to cook

Then add water to the chicken abt 2 litres or so

Mix a packet of knorr thick veg n 1/2 pkt white onion (optional) mix separately with a little water, and add to chicken mixture

Allow to cook for a little while until thick

Then throw in can of creamstyle corn and a cup of fresh cream
7
Allow to cook for about five minutes and switch off stove
