Ingredients

1/2 lb butter

1/2 cup icing sugar

1/2 cup maziena

Flour as required (about 1 & 1/2 cups)

Set in swissroll pan

Scrape with fork

Method

Partially Bake @180° FOR 20 minutes and prick holes

Cut into rectangles , then bake again for 10 minutes

Leave to cool in oven until pale golden

Dust with icing sugar
