Tandoori Chops

Tandoori refers to the meaning ''cooking in charcoal'' bar b ques on the grill or in the oven. When the chops are marinated with the above ingredients it gives it the natural color to the amazingly delicious recipe.

1 kg loin chops

2 tblsp lemon juice

2 tblsp tomato sauce

2 tblsp yoghurt

1 tsp green chilli paste

1 tblsp ginger & garlic

4 tblsp tandoori marinade

2 tblsp oil

2 tblsp coriander finely chopped

1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp garum masala

1 tsp salt

Method

Marinate chops with all ingredients for about 4 hours

Preheat oven to 200 degrees

Place chops on a foiled tray

Top with onion rings

Place in oven for 40 minutes uncovered

Serve immediately
